Team Tugman Wrestling Club

Team Tugman Wrestling Club is the premiere club for Connecticut youth, high school, and collegiate wrestling and beyond, focusing on Folk Style and International Style techniques. We train the whole athlete, physically, mentally, and emotionally. We offer programs for both men and women and have a highly-decorated coaching staff.
